KEISHERA
"SHE IS LIFE"

Keishera presents She Is Life, a vibrant roots reggae EP celebrating feminine power, self-worth, and the life-giving force that sustains the world. Released as a waterfall from March through late May, the five-track collection — culminating with “Yuh Nah Ready” and a dub of the opening track “She” — unfolds as a journey of willpower, movement, and unapologetic energy.
At its core, She Is Life draws a parallel between women and the earth: both creators, both nurturers, both essential. The opening track, “She,” meditates on Mother Earth and her blessings, grounding the project in spiritual depth. “It Ain’t Crazy” rises with orchestral textures and lush instrumentation, affirming that loving yourself enough to follow your dreams is not madness — it is necessary.
“Blaze It Up” asserts boundaries with weight and conviction, while “Beautiful Girl” — first released in 2020 on Yutman Records’ Rasta Riddim Selection — returns to celebrate pride, beauty, and self-respect. “Yuh Nah Ready” closes the EP’s narrative arc with playful confidence, a reminder that feminine energy is vibrant, intentional, and not to be underestimated. The accompanying dub version of “She” strips the track back to its elemental roots, emphasizing bass, space, and spirit, bringing the EP full circle.
With lyrics and melodies written by Keishera and music written and produced by Jon Moon, the EP was developed over years of collaboration in Berlin, and blends live instrumentation with warm, modern roots textures, moving fluidly between styles of Reggae.
She Is Life is radiant, upright, and alive — a declaration that knowing your worth is an act of power, and that nothing in this world moves unless you do.
